This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services. By using Sunshine, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Usage data — analytics, application logs, page views, and feature interactions to help us understand how the platform is used.

Your data is hosted on SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure providers. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. API keys and credentials are stored in an encrypted vault — never in plain text. We enforce database-level access controls and authentication, and maintain an audit trail of all operations involving credentials.

We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate Sunshine:

• Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting, database, and compute services.
• Payment processor (Stripe) — to securely handle billing and subscription payments.
• Third-party APIs — services you choose to integrate (e.g., Datadog), each governed by their own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Sunshine uses only essential cookies required for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and associated data.
